Privacy Policy (LANGUAGE 4)

  1. Definition of Terms

    "Law" means the Federal Law "On Personal Data" with all amendments and additions, as well as other legislative acts.

    In case of depersonalization of Personal Data, which does not allow identifying the User directly or indirectly, subsequent use and disclosure of such data to third parties is permitted, and the rules of this Policy no longer apply to them.

    The Right Holder takes all possible measures to protect the confidentiality of the received Personal Data, except in cases where the User has made such data publicly available. Processing of Personal Data is carried out using automation means and without using such automation means.

  5. Access of Third Parties to Personal Data
